Design Notes

To ensure the basic feature of fusion protein, we add a glycine linker between CKLF1C19 and Lamp2b.


Source

The minicircle DNA vetor is inspired by the article A Robust System for Production of Minicircle DNA Vectors. ( Kay Ma, et al. 2010) The CKLF1C19 is inspired by the article The CKLF1-C19 peptide attenuates allergic lung inflammation by inhibiting CCR3- and CCR4-mediated chemotaxis in a mouse model of asthma. ( L Tian, et al. 2011) The Lamp2b is inspired by the article Delivery of siRNA to the mouse brain by systemic injection of targeted exosomes. (Lydia Alvarez-Erviti,et al. 2011) The siRNA for GATA3 is designed by ourselves.
